A plumber we knew showed us his site. He was paying $37 a month for hosting on a page that took eight seconds to load, was broken on a phone, and had not been touched since 2014. The shop that built it charged him $4,500 upfront and stopped answering email after the launch.
We rebuilt it in a week — fast, mobile, on Cloudflare. His monthly bill went down. His phone rang more. He told the other guys at the supply house.
That is the whole origin story. No pitch deck, no investors. We saw something we could do better, we did it, word travelled. We are still small on purpose.
What we noticed
A lot of small-business sites are slow, broken on a phone, and last touched five-plus years ago. The owners know — they just do not have a path to fix it that does not cost $4,000 upfront.
What changed
The tools got better. A two-person shop can now build a site that loads in under two seconds, on a network that costs almost nothing to use. The 2010-era "$5k upfront, $200/month forever" model is just nobody's friend anymore.
What we do
Build and host the site for one flat monthly fee. Mock it up first so you can see it. No contract. If we are not earning the money each month, you stop paying us — no fuss.
We take on a handful of new clients a month.
We are not trying to be the biggest. If we tried to take on 50 new clients a month we would do all 50 badly, and we would stop replying to your email the same day. Smaller queue, slower growth, better work. That is the trade.
If we are full this month, we will tell you and put you in the queue. If we are not the right fit, we will tell you that too and point you somewhere honest.

We focus on small service businesses
Plumbers, electricians, HVAC, roofers, contractors, landscapers, small clinics, guest houses. Not law firms, not enterprises, not "lifestyle brands." We are good at this lane because we stay in it.
Month to month. No contract.
You pay each month. If you stop wanting the site, you tell us by email and we stop billing at the end of the month. We will help you take your content with you. The whole "lock you in" thing is not how we want to do business.
Hosting on the same network the big shops use
Cloudflare. 300 data centers around the world, SSL renewed automatically, DDoS protection built in. Your site loads from the data center nearest the person looking. It is not glamorous, but it is the right answer.
